The FIDO cryptographic keys are stored on-device and are unique for each website, meaning they cannot be used to track users across sites. Register your key to your FIDO/FIDO2 certified accounts, typically in the account/security section of your account, and know that you are using government level security to protect your accounts
- MULTI-PROTOCOL: Supports FIDO2, FIDO U2F, PIV, TOTP, HOTP, and WebAuth enabling strong multi-factor authentication, removing the necessity for passwords.
- MADE FOR EVERYDAY-USE: This FIDO security key works with everyday devices, including phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops, and across all services (e.g., Gmail, Facebook, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.). The keys connect wirelessly via NFC or VIA USB Type A or Type C (USB type depends on the model you are purchasing).
- It is best practice to have at least 2 keys when registering your accounts. One as your primary key for everyday use, and one as a backup key in the event you misplace your primary key. Most applications will allow you to register at least 2 keys.
